About the client and their requirements:
This was an illustration for the cover of the book 'The Future of the Factory' by Jostein Hauge. The layout and font was taken care of by the client and his publisher.
The client wanted an image that would depict the four megatrends he elaborates upon in his book, that are influencing changes in factories and current global industries.
The client showed preference to book covers that are clean, with standalone objects in the center, so we decided to make the whole factory an object in an isometric angle.
